Refund policy

 

If an item(s) arrives damaged or faulty

Although we take the utmost care in choosing and packing products, there may be occasions requiring a refund or replacement. In the unfortunate event that an item has arrived damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 3 working days from the delivery date. Please email us at info@homesweethell.co.uk providing clear photographs of the item(s).


Once we have received your return request, we will send you an email with information on what to do next. Please do not return any item(s) to us until we have provided you with further instructions. We will send out a replacement and cover the delivery cost or provide a refund.

 

If you want to return an item

If for some reason, you are unhappy with your item when it arrives/ it was not what you expected, or you simply changed your mind, we can arrange a return for you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@homesweethell.co.uk. Returned items must be in the condition you received them and in the original gift box/ packaging. 

 

If an item did not arrive or is missing from your order

In the rare and unfortunate event that an order does not arrive, or an item is missing from your order, please contact us as soon as you are aware of this. Please check your tracking carefully and contact us if you have not received your order within 1 week of purchasing.
